Exchange and Return Policy
To ensure customer satisfaction, LAZA Roastery is committed to the following exchange and return policy:
- Customers may cancel their order before shipment at no additional charge.
- After shipment, exchanges are accepted within 3 days of receipt, provided that:
- The product is unopened.
- It is in its original condition.
- Opened or used coffee products cannot be returned or exchanged for health and safety reasons.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was on the part of the store.
