Exchange and Return Policy

To ensure customer satisfaction, LAZA Roastery is committed to the following exchange and return policy:

  • Customers may cancel their order before shipment at no additional charge.
  • After shipment, exchanges are accepted within 3 days of receipt, provided that:
    • The product is unopened.
    • It is in its original condition.
  • Opened or used coffee products cannot be returned or exchanged for health and safety reasons.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was on the part of the store.
