Coffee: 20 g
Water: 300 ml
Water temperature: 90°C
Total brew time: Approximately 3 minutes
Brewing Method:
Pour the water in stages for balanced extraction:
First pour: 40 ml, then wait 35 seconds. Second pour: Continue to 120 ml. Third pour at 1:20: Continue to 210 ml. Fourth pour at 2:10: Continue to 300 ml.
Adjust the Grind:
If the coffee tastes too acidic, grind slightly finer. If the coffee tastes too bitter, grind slightly coarser.
Espresso Brewing
Coffee: 18 g
Water temperature: 92°C Yield: 30–36 ml
Extraction time: 26–30 seconds
Keep the tamp straight and level with consistent pressure to achieve even extraction and a balanced cup.
